Village Online Inc. The acquisition of assets includes
realestateavenue.com a real
estate website that enables real estate agents from various company to show case
their listings and build client listings for their prospective customers.

reached an agreement with Black Box Internet Service to acquire the assets of
the company including infrastructure. This makes the fourth acquisition in the
